Dhayari

Dhayari is a residential locality in the southern part of Pune, Maharashtra, within the limits of the Pune Municipal Corporation. It sits at the meeting point of Sinhagad Road and the Mumbai–Bangalore highway (NH4), on the route between the city and Khadakwasla and the Sinhagad Fort area.

The locality has grown steadily as a residential suburb over the last decade, with a mix of independent housing and larger residential developments. Its position on Sinhagad Road gives it road access toward Swargate and the older parts of the city on one side, and toward Warje, Chandani Chowk and the highway on the other.

Swami Samarth Buildcorp’s current projects, Swami 7 SKYE and BRAMHAND One, are both located in Dhayari.
